You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAu sein du service People Development compos de 3 personnes en France vous participez activement aux processus de Gestion de la Performance Gestion des Talents et Gestions des comptences (formation).
Dans ce cadre vous vous montrez force de proposition dans la construction et le dploiement dun plan daccompagnement des managers et des collaborateurs relatif nos processus de gestion de la performance et de Talents.
Vous participez au dploiement et la mise en uvre de formations digitales ainsi qu lharmonisation et au dploiement de processus lis la formation et au People Development.
Vous contribuez au dploiement de lenqute dengagement des collaborateurs Groupe sur les sites en France Tunisie et Cte dIvoire (dfinition du plan de communication support la mise en uvre brainstorming etc.)
Vous maintenez une veille active sur les pratiques.
Vous participez aux diffrents projets relatifs au People Development en gnral (plan de formation mobilit parcours de carrire).
Profil :
Vous poursuivez un Master RH (pour un ou deux ans et avez une forte apptence pour le People Development ainsi quune bonne comprhension des enjeux.
Une exprience de la communication RH est un avantage.
Comptences :
Vous tes laise en communication orale et crite en franais et en anglais (niveau C1 minimum attendu).
Vous tes force de proposition et proactif/ve vous avez lesprit dquipe.
Vous tes laise avec les outils bureautique et les outils de communication en gnral.
Dplacements :
Ponctuellement sur les diffrents sites.
