Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver software development and IT-related projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies client communication and cross-functional team coordination.
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning execution to delivery.
Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
Monitor project progress identify risks and resolve issues on time.
Conduct daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and clients regularly.
Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in IT project management or software delivery.
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana MS Project).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP Scrum Master or Agile certification is a plus.
Technical background or hands-on software development experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
