As an Assistant Manager your tasks and responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to the following:
- Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests
- Ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and productive.
- Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests
- Offer leadership and guidance to employees whilst on shift
- Monitor employee training
- Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An ability to sparkle our guests and your natural bright and bubbly customer service style is what sets you apart from the rest
- Have the necessary skills and training for complaint handling
- You are able to manage your time and can handle juggling numerous tasks at once but still able to follow procedure and maintain a high awareness of security
- You have an outcome driven approach to performance and results
- You have experience in Opera Opera Cloud Microsoft Word and Outlook
- First Aid Certificate and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
