Job Description
- We are seeking experienced Systems Analysts (Level 3) to join a large-scale enterprise financial system implementation project. The ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules.
- This role requires advanced business analysis skills systems integration experience and the ability to coordinate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. The position involves requirements gathering fit-gap analysis end-to-end testing documentation and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for AR and Billing implementations.
- Map data flows between legacy third-party and enterprise financial systems.
- Write detailed business requirements functional specifications and testing documentation.
- Conduct end-to-end system integration testing.
- Participate in UAT user training and support activities.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.
- 8 years of experience conducting fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering.
- 8 years of experience in system integration testing especially with third-party interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with public sector organizations (federal state or local government).
- Business analysis experience in Asset Management Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
- Experience with enterprise workflow tools like PeopleSoft AWE.
- Familiarity with CAPPS Financials SharePoint Jira and STAT.
