Job Scope
The Field Sales Training Manager will execute and manage impactful data-driven solutions to drive sales process acceleration partnering with training and sales leaders.
**Candidate would ideally be hybrid but open to remote**
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sales effectiveness tools and activities / programs
- Manage field sales trainer program
- Partner and support effective sales leadership field coaching
- Subject Matter Expert on Immunodiagnostic industry products and competition
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Managers as an Immunodiagnostics subject matter expert liaison between marketing sales and applications
- Manage sales training course content development
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Partner with ongoing needs assessment through field travel; partner and support sales management and representatives
- Structure cross-functional collaboration with explicit feedback loops between all customer-facing teams
- Partner on identifying and developing the most valuable effective channels and content formats for sales collateral to support customers sellers and sales management
- Collaborate on contract management process pricing sales playbook and other key sales processes
- Supports sales force performance training metrics (KPIs) and sales effectiveness tracking methods (ROI)
- Identifies and supports implementation of CRM enhancements and features to maximize capabilities compliance and efficiency; strong partnership with team
- Manage and drive new hire sales training pathway effectiveness from first 30/60/90 to 12 advanced product training and sales skills development
- Support the Assess Design Deliver Implement and Evaluate product sales systems and process training for new and existing sales professionals including in-person and virtual classrooms eLearning digital assessments videos microlearning and digital resources
- Support product launches and product enhancements by partnering with product marketers and other business subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content that enables the sales teams to understand and sell our total solution
- Other duties as required.
Education Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Business Finance or Training and Development or similar; required
- Sales experience required; Immunodiagnostic sales experience preferred
- 5 Years on a sales operations or sales training preferred
- 2 Years in Adult Learning preferred
- Experience in training content development for sales / customer-facing teams preferred
- Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills; highly preferred
- Ability to interpret insights from data strong analytical skills balance data-driven and user-provided feedback and partner with sales operations to further operationalize a data-driven approach
- Strong working knowledge of Tableau Miller Heiman / Korn Ferry SSwP; highly preferred
- Knowledge of LMS systems i.e. SCHOOX Brainshark or other; preferred
- Excellent content management; preferred
- Training Certifications; preferred

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $120000 - $155000 Annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to educations skills work experience certifications etc. Beyond base salary Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
