Job Description
MANAGE THE PROCESS
Teach new Account Sales Managers selling skills this may include cold calling overcoming objections and retail math skills as well as understanding the different buying personalities of decision makers.
Conduct Account Sales Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize/reward results.
Establish and maintain regular and on-going communications with manager key stake holders decision makers in order to successfully implement national/local initiatives.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace; lives to Red Bulls values and inspires team through effective leadership.
Ensure the Account Sales Manager team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong leadership skills to provide mentoring training or corrective feedback
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems
Must be at least 21 years old
DOT medical card required
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $88000 to $132000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
