Client Relations Consultant
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

As part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team you will engage in international projects taking on a dual role of leading project delivery and participating in bid initiatives for government and public sector clients. You will tackle complex assignments guiding clients through their transformation journeys while leading the bid process to secure new opportunities.
Your key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the process of developing technical and business proposals responses to RFPs RFIs and other tender inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members across various EY practices.
- Lead and manage public & private sector projects and programs ensuring alignment with client objectives timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement project plans monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations on project management and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling bids and proposals that address client needs and highlight EYs capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong written communication skills ensuring proposals effectively address tender requirements demonstrate the value of the proposed solution and are tailored to the target audience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment demonstrating a proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with experience in bid management processes preferably for public tenders.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A higher education degree preferably in business technology science or engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and bid management preferably within the public sector or consulting environments in distributed multicultural settings.
- Understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft Office MS Project JIRA Azure DevOps and other relevant software.
- One or more industry certifications: Prince 2 PMP Agile PM PMI-ACP CSM/PSM SAFe.
Ideally youll also have
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
- Experience working with international government agencies or public sector organizations.
- Experience in consulting firms.
