Job Description
Euronext Corporate Solutions part of the Euronext Group offers software and tailor-made advisory services spanning investor relations communication governance and compliance.We already supports over 4000 organisations in more than 25 countries.
Within the Marketing & Lead Generation team the Marketing Specialist Intern will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator. The intern will support the team in creating and managing marketing campaigns as well as contributing to the development of effective marketing initiatives.
His/her key responsibilities will include :
Assist in the delivery of marketing campaign activity across our digital channels. Help with content creation and management for website email and social media.
Track analyse and report on customer and competitor insights.
Assist in coordinating corporate events webinars and other marketing activities.
Support the team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers.
Support with administrative tasks across the marketing function.
Coordinate the production of internal presentation materials.
Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with Euronext guidelines and standards.
Work with creative agency to develop visuals and copy for campaigns and promotional materials.
Help ensure our brand presence is up to date across all our channels.
Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in English. French or any other European language is a plus
Knowledge of online marketing and SEO best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with web hosting services and content management systems
Team spirit and capacity to work with others in an international environment
Profile
Previous experience in a high growth business or start-up environment (with hands-on approach and ability to build things from scratch) preferably in a B-to-B industry
Previous corporate experience in an international and multicultural environment
Enthusiasm for digital marketing specifically Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and SEO optimizations
Demonstrated teamwork capabilities and ability to interact with different stakeholders
Flexibility and ability to adapt in fast growing and changing environment
