HOURLY RATE: $17.00

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
JOB OVERVIEW
This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in the automotive industry located in Rancho Santa Margarita CA. The position is full-time Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with health benefits included 401K and more. No experience is needed we are willing to train.
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive process and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories
- Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory checks
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Keep the warehouse clean organized and safe for all employees
- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety protocols and quality standards
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude team player and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a warehouse or automotive industry is a plus but not required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
