Role SummaryManage all facets of warehouse operations-including inventory control shipping and receiving logistics coordination and safety compliance-to ensure uninterrupted supply and support of equipment and spare parts critical to operational uptime in a mining servicing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily warehouse activities: receiving storage picking/packing dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records of filtration equipment spare parts and accessories.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (ground expedited freight).
Optimize layout racking and storage for safe and efficient flow.
Implement and enforce rigorous safety compliance and housekeeping standards.
Partner with procurement production and field service teams to align stock availability.
Oversee warehouse staffing: hiring scheduling training performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement through process documentation KPIs and cost control.
Facilitate annual or quarterly physical counts and inventory audits.
5 years in warehouse or logistics management preferably in industrial mining or filtration equipment sectors.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards especially ISO 9001 systems.
Strong ERP/WMS knowledge (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle Fishbowl).
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and implement process improvements metrics driven.
Forklift certification and warehouse safety accreditation are desirable.
Decision maker with proactive problem solving.
Team builder and mentor adept at training and performance development.
Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
High integrity and sense of accountability to maintain operational continuity.
Technically minded with comfort working in industrial or mining support contexts.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Onsite role in Wilmington/Charleston WV area with some travel to Nitro or nearby field facilities.
Operates in warehouse and light industrial environment; PPE required.
May handle occasional overtime during shipping/receiving peaks or audit cycles.
