General Position Description:
Williams Adley is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Specialist to support our mission of attracting top-tier talent in a dynamic government contracting environment. Reporting to the Human Resources Senior Manager the Recruiting Specialist will manage the whole lifecycle of the recruitment process for positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles.

This role is critical in ensuring that Williams Adley continues to deliver exceptional service by identifying engaging and hiring professionals with specialized skills in audit accounting financial management and advisory services. The Recruiting Specialist will leverage various sourcing channels including professional networks job boards social media and career fairs to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.

In addition to hands-on recruiting the Recruiting Specialist will help implement and continuously improve the firms recruitment strategies to align with our mission and values ensuring compliance with all federal hiring guidelines and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing selection offer negotiation and onboarding for a range of positions from entry-level to executive.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly recruitment reports to management and key stakeholders tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of applicants employee referrals phone screens interviews offers extended time-to-fill and open requisitions to support data-driven decision making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter social media employee referrals job boards and professional networks.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations including EEOC guidelines and OFCCP requirements for government contractors including but not limited to outreach for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define position requirements develop job descriptions and align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain and update job postings on the companys careers page professional networking sites and external recruiting platforms.
  • Track and document candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication timely feedback and professional candidate relationship management.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs conferences and networking events to promote the employer brand and build talent pools.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit based on skills experience and cultural alignment.
  • Advise train and coach hiring managers on interview compliance candidate evaluation and merit-based hiring.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends labor market data compensation benchmarks and sourcing innovations to ensure continuous improvement in recruiting practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support key initiatives focused on attracting and retaining top talent.


Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of leading the full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within a government contracting environment including familiarity with security clearance requirements and labor categories.
  • Previous experience working at or supporting a Big 4 accounting firm or a large professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles from entry-level to executive positions including hard-to-fill or niche skill areas.
  • Strong knowledge of federal hiring regulations including EEOC OFCCP compliance and other applicable employment laws.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience developing and maintaining candidate pipelines and building strong relationships with passive talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyboth verbally and in writingwith candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience representing an organization at career fairs industry events and community recruiting efforts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic deadline-driven environment managing multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting or professional services firm is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR or AIRS are a plus.
  • Problem-solving abilities will help you analyze problems evaluate alternative solutions and make sound recommendations.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism; Our positions require us to uphold integrity maintain confidentiality and approach our work impartially and objectively.
  • Prior experience in Administrative or Operations Support
  • Familiarity with being customer-facing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Supervision and Guidance:
The Recruiting Specialist will work under the supervision of the Senior Human Resource Manager and communicate with Senior Leaders Partners and members of the organization.

Environment:The role is based in an office setting and requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds extensive computer usage and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary

Salary at Williams Adley is determined by various factors including but not limited to the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies experience contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is between $85000 and $120000 based on experience skills and certifications. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Williams Adleys total compensation package for employees.
