Job Description
- Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placements with the insurance market for both UK & Global business
- Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy for new and existing business
- Attend and participate in client prospect and insurer meetings
- Be able to articulate the state of the Regional London and International insurance market and provide relevant industry insight to clients and prospects
- Assist in preparing insightful client and prospect market presentations and slips
- Collaborate with technical wordings and service teams to understand and articulate technical reviews and programme design
- Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing workload conditions and requirements
- Understand a client or prospects business situations opportunities problems and key issues
- Support the use of technology such as Broking Platform to deliver better outcomes for clients
- Understand and ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
- Preferably with experience in Life Science accounts.

Qualifications
Preferably with professional qualifications (ACII or similar) or a proven track record in Insurance Broking or Underwriting
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Ability to prioritise manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good presentation skills.
- Good IT skills with excellent Excel capabilities
