Graduate Building Surveyor
Manchester
Were working with an established nationwide independent property consultancy currently looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor (12 years experience) to their Manchester office.

The role
Youll be working alongside a team of experienced Building Surveyors supporting clients across a range of sectors including retail industrial residential healthcare education and commercial. As part of your day-to-day youll be involved in:
- Preparing and managing schedules of condition and dilapidations
- Assisting with contract administration and project management
- Supporting building surveys and defect analysis
- Carrying out planned maintenance programmes
- Contributing to professional reports and client advice
- Working closely with senior colleagues to gain structured APC guidance and feedback
- Youll be given the opportunity to get involved in both project and professional work helping you build a broad skill set while progressing toward chartership.
What Were Looking For
- Have 12 years experience in building surveying ideally within a private sector consultancy
- Hold a RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
- Be enrolled on or looking to start the APC pathway toward MRICS
- Show a strong interest in developing their career in a client-facing role
- Be proactive organised and keen to take ownership of their development
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
