Job Description
OCU is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial reporting and drive financial performance across our dynamic business.
This is an office based role in Peterborough
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead commercial reporting across multiple projects
- Manage sub-contract payments and variations
- Produce accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations
- Deliver financial and statistical reports
- Collaborate with operational teams to support project delivery
- Drive client-facing commercial meetings
- Oversee project close-out and retention releases
What Youll Bring:
- 35 years experience in Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Commercially astute and confident presenting to stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable managing teams and working to tight deadlines
