What you can expect from us:
- Ownership of specific reports within the MSS platform and supporting BPO role for FMC reports
- Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and ensuring data integrity
- Provide Global NI / MOD top management with business insights as per growing demand of smart analytics
- Compliance with Organization Norms (ONs) and MSS Reporting Standards quality assurance of DaaS and regular data maintenance
- In-depth testing of KPIs providing feedback and recommending improvements
- Conducting KG user adoption analysis providing KG training and support and addressing governance-related queries
- Collaborating with stakeholders developers and cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with business needs
What makes you special:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics (ideally Power BI based) or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and data visualization
- Experience in data governance Data Marts / Data models quality assurance and KPI testing
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead governance training for BI users and provide ongoing support to ensure adherence to best practices
- Ability to manage reports using an extended team of global reporting solutions for bug fixes / enhancements
