As Senior Project Manager Core Systems you will lead the successful delivery of complex highly integrated projects that are critical to Endeavour Foundations strategic transformation agenda. This role holds end-to-end accountability for managing the full project lifecycle ensuring scope schedule and budget are controlled while maintaining a sharp focus on realising business objectives.
The immediate priority for this role is the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O) as part of a major ERP transformation. Acting as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders technology teams vendors and support services you will drive structured project governance resolve competing priorities and align solutions with both operational and strategic needs.
While the initial focus is D365F&O this position sits within a broader Core Systems program with future opportunities to lead additional system rollouts such as CRM and HRIS. Through disciplined leadership and stakeholder engagement you will help deliver scalable sustainable outcomes that enhance organisational effectiveness and service delivery across the business.
Key duties of this role are to:
Deliver full project lifecycle execution using structured methodologies to ensure alignment with defined scope schedule budget and quality metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans incorporating dependencies milestones and resource allocations with ongoing performance tracking.
Apply governance frameworks and verification controls to manage scope variations cost impacts and schedule deviations across concurrent initiatives.
Lead the development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies including structured communications and change management activities.
Direct internal teams third-party vendors and consultants to ensure deliverables meet functional technical and contractual specifications.
Monitor project KPIs including cost variance schedule performance risk exposure and benefit contribution escalating as required.
Produce and maintain high-quality project artefacts (e.g. specifications diagrams governance packs) to support assurance and audit requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional planning to manage interdependencies mitigate risk to critical path activities and ensure operational readiness.

To succeed in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business Technology Change Management or a related field are desirable along with certifications in program or portfolio management such as MSP or MoP.
Formal Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner PMP PMBOK-aligned qualifications or Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master SAFe).
Minimum 5 years experience managing large transformation and technical projects including core systems implementations in a large multi-location organisation.
Proven full project lifecycle experience including design development testing and transition to operations in delivering operational transformation and technical projects.
Experienced in managing risk scope and change across concurrent initiatives while ensuring alignment to Organisation goals timeframes and budget constraints.
Strong ability to engage influence and manage internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership vendors and cross-functional teams.
You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
