The Role
Were looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our North Queensland team based in either Cairns or Townsville. This role offers hands-on learning strong support and the chance to work with Protechs industry leading clients.
Description
What youll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant youll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver safe accurate and high-quality placements. Your day-to-day will include:
- Writing and posting job ads
- Screening interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Reference checks and placements
- Building strong relationships with clients and field employees
- Growing talent pools and reverse marketing standout candidates
What were looking for
Were open to both experienced recruiters and those looking to break into the industry. What matters most is your drive to learn grow and deliver great outcomes. Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in recruitment (blue collar or white collar) or a strong interest in starting your recruitment career
- Confidence in building relationships and picking up the phone
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
