Job Description
Were hiring Full-Stack Developers to help build and scale robust modular applications with a mobile-first focus. Youll work across the stack-using React Native on the front-end and on the back-end-to deliver seamless responsive and performant user experiences. If youre passionate about clean architecture async operations and building scalable products we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain end-to-end features across React Native (front-end) and (back-end)

Design and implement modular maintainable codebases with a focus on performance and scalability
-
Work with MongoDB or Firebase to build efficient flexible data layers
-
Handle asynchronous operations (e.g. API calls background processes real-time updates) with care and clarity

Integrate third-party APIs and services
-
Collaborate with designers PMs and QA to deliver user-centric features
-
Conduct code reviews write technical documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proficiency in React Native and
-
Experience with Express and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Firebase)
-
Strong understanding of modular architecture and reusable component patterns
-
Experience managing async operations such as data fetching queues and background jobs
-
Familiarity with mobile responsiveness performance optimization and cross-platform considerations
-
Version control with Git and experience working in collaborative team environments
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Familiarity with authentication flows especially using Firebase Auth or OAuth
-
Experience building and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus)
-
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like Heroku Vercel or AWS
-
Comfortable working in agile iterative development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
