Job Title: Team Leader Plastic Injection Mold
Compensation: $17.45-17.70/hour
Shift: Second or Third
The JobSquad Solutions is currently looking for a plastic injection mold operator to work at a company located in the Potterville area!This company strives on making you feel like youre a part of their family. **Responsibilities:**
- Lead production team to achieve targets and quality goals.
- Coordinate schedules and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
**Qualifications:**
- 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
