We are seeking an experiencedClinical Nurse Manager with proven leadership capability and experience in the same or similar role who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our Residents on a Permanent part time basis.
As an integral part of the leadership team you will:
- Provide clinical leadership across the Facility together with management of all clinical functions to ensure the delivery of safe effective and high-quality care.
- Ensure all care documentation is completed with appropriate strategies implemented.
- Support Residents and their families by addressing queries comments suggestions or concerns.
- Manage support coach monitor and mentor the clinical care team in the provision of quality care.
- Contribute to the achievement of established goals and objectives with a continuous improvement focus.

About the Facility
Aegis The Pines has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 78 residents in three areas. Designed to complement the Ellenbrook Village it incorporates a Mediterranean style. Situated within the majestic pine plantation and the natural bushland of Ellenbrook. Many day trip venues are located close-by in the Swan Valley providing a wonderful variety of choice for that special The Pines is an ageing in place facility with both High and Low Care accommodation available in all areas as well as specialist dementia care.
Requirements of the role
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working as a clinician in Aged Care.
- Leadership experience in aged care with the ability to influence others to deliver high quality care and customer service.
- High level of clinical knowledge.
- Detailed knowledge and experience with AN-ACC assessments and documentation.
- Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
