WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU
This role is primarily responsible for the completion of many front desk-related job duties in addition to some facilities and administrative duties that will ensure Relias employees and visitors have a positive and welcoming experience while onsite at our corporate headquarters.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Facilities-related duties: administering building maintenance requests monitoring and stocking inventory for office snacks and supplies and light office-related cleaning and caretaking duties
Front desk-related duties: greeting and assisting employees answering corporate phone line effectively directing visitors and vendors while ensuring security protocol is followed handling security badge access needs and completing shipping requests and mail distribution
Administrative-related duties: overseeing designated conference room calendars and coordinating assigned internal meetings handling catering and other purchase requests maintaining accurate records of purchase receipts and transactions and assisting with planning and executing various employee engagement events
Other duties as assigned
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Ability to communicate effectively written and oral
Effective listening skills
Advanced customer service skills
Knowledge of shipping practices
Ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to work in office at the Relias HQ Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
Associates degree
