is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Senior Controlling Specialist / Controller
Workplace: Katowice
We are looking for an experienced Senior Controlling Specialist / Controller to join our team in Katowice. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills a solid background in finance or accounting at least 5 years of experience in controlling or audit and fluency in English. Experience with SAP IFRS and knowledge of the energy market will be a plus.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Preparation and monitoring of the companys financial budget (P&L balance sheet cash flow);
- Management reporting and forecasting on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis to the Management Board and international Group structures;
- Support in the control of accounting processes (general ledger production fixed assets receivables payables inventory);
- Managing the process of creation and proper allocation of controlling orders;
- Performing tasks related to credit risk policy;
- Implementing and maintaining hedge accounting procedures in line with IFRS 9;
- Business analyses and calculations for internal purposes;
- Implementation of controlling tools process automation;
- Ongoing tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Our requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in controlling/audit;
- University degree in finance accounting or a related field;
- Very good knowledge of Excel;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Very good command of English and Polish (at least B2 level);
- Excellent self-organization;
- Knowledge of SAP and IFRS standards is a plus;
- Knowledge of the energy market will be an additional advantage.
