SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR PART- TIME:

Pape Machinery the premier capital equipment dealer in the West is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team in the Medford OR area. While this position is entry-level it has great upward mobility potential!

WHAT YOULL DO:
As our Service Administrator you will be in a dynamic multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced at Pape. Every day you will work with the service supervisor to create work orders manage equipment check- and check- out work with customers to resolve billing issues complete various administrative tasks and more!
To thrive in this role you must be a detail person enjoy working at a fast pace and have a winning attitude.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Excellent attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team.
- Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of equipment are preferred.
Compensation: $18.55-26.89/hr (Depending on Experience)
