Job Description

Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with customers and staff regarding parts availability order status and recommendations
- Understand and interpret parts catalogs and diagrams to accurately identify required components
- Answer phone calls providing pricing and offer technical assistance as needed
- Pull parts and deliver to technicians when needed
- Maintain an organized efficient parts area
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- A genuine desire to assist customers and provide outstanding service
- Strong work ethic with a proactive team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with parts management systems
- Solid understanding of automotive components and systems
