Job Description
Busy Automotive Group is looking for an Experienced Automotive Dispatcher to run a team of 15 technicians. *Experience Required*
We have a productive shop and we are busy!
Earning Potential based off Experience. Salary Plus Bonus. 5 day work week.

Responsibilities
- Dispatch work to technicians and assist in various ways to ensure efficient and maximum workflow of the service department
- Review appointment load needed with Service Advisors
- Flag hours on completed repair orders
- Review parts and authorization holds daily
- Review technician cause and corrections on repair orders
- Delegate and monitor shop equipment
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop
- Ability to manage a large shop
- CDK/ADP experience preferred
Position: Full-Time
Pay: We pay based off experience - negotiable
