Job Description

Are you ready to lead from the front

Were seeking a Site Manager to drive the success of our Oil Management Unit (OMU) delivering vital operations that keep the electricity transmission network running reliably. This role is based at our site in Dartford your daily commute should be within 60 mins of site.

In this pivotal role youll oversee a skilled team of 10 professionals including LGV drivers plant operatives and waste treatment specialists. Youll be responsible for managing complex oil handling projects within substation environments ensuring high standards of safety environmental protection and quality assurance. Youll create a cohesive team culture inspire performance and maintain compliance with waste permits Technically Competent Manager (TCM) requirements and WAMITAB qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Min NVQ L4 / HNC
  • Experience as a team leader or manager
  • Waste Treatment experience
  • NEBOSH General cert

Desirable

  • L4 Certificate of Technical Competence in Waste Management

Pay and Benefits

  • A starting salary of 59030 to 63690 pa including allowance Paid overtime
  • 37 Hours per week Mon Fri occasional weekend work
  • Training and Development.
  • 26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days.
