Job Description
*** direct supervision of the mailroom staff
*** planning workloads and coordinating work priorities
*** arranging special Commission deliveries mailings and project requests
*** coordinating special mailing requirements with the Post Office
*** monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicles and trip-logs to ensure the accurate completion of various reports
*** assisting in obtaining vehicle repair estimates and procuring services from vendors in accordance with state purchasing rules
*** training employees on assigned tasks
*** responsible to fill the gap when a Direct Report under supervision is out sick on annual leave or has a scheduled doctors appointment
*** ensuring operational supplies are available and stocked.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Microsoft WORD EXCEL and Outlook
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to operate a person computer
Ability to operate mail processing equipment
