Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent internal and external customer service skills including a positive attitude and good listening skills
Be able to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
Able to multi-task work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and able to work in many different programs including client database excel word and power point
