Job Description

RN Supervisor IMCU (Permanent Role)

Location: College Station TX 77845
Shift: 10 HR Days 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Essential Functions:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Evaluate and improve nursing practices through evidence-based methods.
  • Foster a compassionate and outcome-driven care environment.
  • Support staff development and professional growth opportunities.
  • Manage unit resources effectively to ensure patient safety and care quality.
Key Success Factors:
  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards and patient care procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and relevant healthcare software.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
  • License/Certification:
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
