Job Description
Location: College Station TX 77845
Shift: 10 HR Days 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Evaluate and improve nursing practices through evidence-based methods.
- Foster a compassionate and outcome-driven care environment.
- Support staff development and professional growth opportunities.
- Manage unit resources effectively to ensure patient safety and care quality.
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and relevant healthcare software.
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- License/Certification:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
