Location: Charlotte NC (3 Days Onsite)

Job Description:
Top 3 Required Skills
- C# 5 years of hands-on experience
- Angular (version 6 or above preferred) 3 years
- MVC Framework 3 years
Other Required Skills
- Web Development 3 years
- Operating Systems: Linux and Windows 7
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design develop test and deliver complex software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet both functional and non-functional (performance scalability security) requirements and comply with internal standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated and high-performing solutions.
- Serve as a seasoned technical resource in the team; provide guidance and mentorship when required.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design development testing deployment and documentation.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including system functional and reference documentation.
- Support software testing and QA activities; analyze and resolve defects and production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis of production incidents and propose preventive measures.
- Tune application performance and recommend improvements.
