Job Description
Job Summary OpenText CCE (StreamServe) Lead DTFS NA FRAMES Team
- Lead the design implementation customization and administration of OpenText CCE (StreamServe) solutions.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of StreamServe applications including installation configuration development patching upgrades and administration.
- Direct and execute migration projects transitioning on-premises StreamServe environments and components to cloud platforms.
- Oversee major product upgrades version transitions and architectural enhancements.
- Administer platform components such as OTDS Tomcat runtime environments and messaging services.
- Develop manage and maintain document templates (letters statements bills forms) using StoryTeller.
- Convert functional requirements into technical designs develop robust code and troubleshoot production issues.
- Capture business requirements design end-to-end CCE solutions and interact directly with clients.
- Provide operational support including real-time troubleshooting batch processing oversight and technical support.
- Ensure high-quality document generation platform performance and seamless cloud migration.
- Demonstrate strong leadership project ownership and exceptional client-facing communication skills.
- Apply analytical documentation and problem-solving abilities to ensure platform reliability and client satisfaction.
