This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys growth strategy cultivating high-value partnerships and securing new funding streams from institutional donors corporates and ecosystem actors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Pipeline Development
Shape and implement a long-term business growth and sales strategy aligned with the companys mission and expansion plans.
Proactively develop the pipeline of programmatic and consulting opportunities through strategic networking and positioning.
Market Intelligence & Client Positioning
Continuously track industry trends funding cycles and competitor activities.
Map out clients organizations and product-market fit opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
Identify client needs and co-create tailored solutions and program proposals with internal teams.
Customer Engagement & Deal Closing
Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients including bilateral donors foundations corporates and ecosystem stakeholders.
Lead commercial negotiations with professionalism ensuring alignment between client needs and company offerings.
Partnership Development
Secure and maintain strategic partnerships with Tier 12 companies and institutional stakeholders in Lebanon and Syria.
Represent the company in high-level meetings donor forums and industry events
