Job Title: Business Process Analyst (Process Optimization State Systems)
Location: AustinTX (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience evaluating current State or enterprise-level processes and optimizing them for improved efficiency and performance.
Preferred Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in specifying software system requirements with the goal of designing improved technical or functional solutions.
Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments or teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define software system requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications to support system enhancements or new implementations.
- Support process redesign efforts by modeling workflows and assessing impacts.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and provide measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with developers testers and business users throughout the development lifecycle.
