Job Description

Job Title: Business Process Analyst (Process Optimization State Systems)

Location: AustinTX (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience evaluating current State or enterprise-level processes and optimizing them for improved efficiency and performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in specifying software system requirements with the goal of designing improved technical or functional solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments or teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define software system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications to support system enhancements or new implementations.
  • Support process redesign efforts by modeling workflows and assessing impacts.
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and provide measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with developers testers and business users throughout the development lifecycle.
