About the Role: Client is looking for a Product Manager with around 5 years of experience to help drive the execution of key technology initiatives across our family of brands - including Williams Sonoma Pottery Barn and West Elm.
Youll work closely with engineering design and business stakeholders to define clear product requirements manage roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of digital products and services. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and stakeholder inputs into structured product roadmaps and detailed requirements
- Write and maintain clear actionable user stories acceptance criteria and technical documentation
- Collaborate daily with engineering teams to prioritize work remove blockers and ensure alignment
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs sprints and project documentation
- Support cross-functional teams with product updates status reports and internal communications
- Facilitate sprint planning retrospectives and backlog grooming sessions
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Help ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in technology or software development environments
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to define and deliver product features
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies backlog management and product documentation
- Comfortable using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage product work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and turn it into clear prioritized roadmaps
Nice to Have:
- Experience in retail e-commerce or consumer digital products
- Familiarity with basic product analytics tools
- Exposure to UX/design collaboration tools like Figma or Miro
