Position Summary:
KBR Inc. is seeking a highly capable and organized Program Manager to join our team at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Washington D.C. This position supports the Deployable Systems Branch Advanced Battle Management Systems (ABMS) Division under the Command Contral Communications and Battle Management C3BM) Program Executive Office (PEO) by serving as a key operations integratordriving the seamless execution of acquisition efforts enhancing team support capabilities and streamlining program office functions to ensure mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding security processing and team integration activities to ensure readiness and cohesion.
- Manage SharePoint Teams Jira and Confluence environments to support collaboration and data organization.
- Assist with acquisition planning documentation and milestone decision support across programs.
- Track action items manage taskers and support oversight boards to maintain operational cadence.
- Act as a Deputy to the branch leadership providing strategic and administrative support to enhance team performance.
Work Environment:
- Location: On-site Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Washington D.C.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard Core hours 0900 - 1500
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisition or program management roles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities systems and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility
Desired:
- Advanced Degree or Certification: Masters degree or PMP certification preferred.
- DoD Acquisition Experience: Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and documentation.
- Experience with Jira Confluence SharePoint TMT and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a government or defense setting.
*Compensation for this role ranges from $150k-$175k based on skills and experience.
