Job Description:
- IT Site Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Provide onsite support for end-user devices including desktops laptops and peripherals.
- Perform network diagnosis and support resolving connectivity issues and escalating complex problems.
- Manage incident tickets ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms.
- Install configure and upgrade IT equipment and software as needed.
- Support mobile devices including setup configuration and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and support meeting room technology including AV equipment and Conferencing tools.
- Coordinate with specialized IT teams for escalations and advanced technical support.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks on end-user devices.
- Provide support for process computers and business workstations in operational environments.
- Track and update IT asset inventory ensuring accurate records and compliance.
- Contribute to incident management and participate in root cause analysis.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide hardware asset support including procurement and lifecycle management.
- Deliver software support including licensing and compliance checks.
- Assist with compliance and auditing activities related to IT systems and processes.
- Offer specialized support for business-critical applications and systems.
- Participate in service transition activities for new technologies and services.
- Implement preventive management strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
