Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to manage troubleshoot and optimize enterprise-level Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environments. This role involves overseeing daily operations implementing infrastructure changes and ensuring high availability and security of systems in a dynamic large-scale IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory Azure AD ADFS DNS DHCP PKI DFS and other core services.
- Perform advanced Windows Server administrationand 2019.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis of authentication issues domain controller replication and directory services.
- Handle incident problem and change management using appropriate ITSM tools.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure availability and performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on incident resolution and service restoration.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs documentation and technical work instructions.
- Provide technical escalation support and drive resolution of high-severity incidents.
- Collaborate in planning and executing domain consolidations and Group Policy implementations for enterprise environments.
- Participate in compliance security audits and best practice reviews.
- Train internal team members and support cross-functional learning initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of ADFS Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments.
- Proficient in Group Policy DNS DFS PKI DHCP and other AD-integrated services.
- Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms domain controller replication and infrastructure security.
- Experience with incident and change management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
- Strong problem-solving analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g. PowerShell) is a plus.
