Job Description
Job Title: Project Management
Location: Onsite Pennington NJ / Charlotte NC / Plano TX
Experience Required: 10 15 years
Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Change Management to lead and support change initiatives across enterprise projects. Youll work closely with stakeholders project teams and end-users to ensure smooth transitions high adoption and minimal resistance to change.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management plans to support project goals
- Create CRQs using BMC Helix ITSM (preferred)
- Identify risks resistance points and mitigation strategies
- Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness
- Collaborate with project teams to embed change activities into plans
- Support training design and delivery
- Communicate change clearly to stakeholders
- Track adoption usage and proficiency of changes
- Address performance gaps and resistance with corrective actions
- Ensure smooth and transition of changes with project managers
