Responsible for:
- Complete management of the service opportunities and ongoing owner relationships for designated account and/or territories.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop account plan to maximize account penetration
- Develop organization chart of account and identify meet and develop relationships with all key buying influences
- Understand the business drivers and financial decisions of the account
- Understand the personal wins of the key buying influences of the account
- Identify upcoming systems projects and partner with appropriate systems salesperson to secure project
- Sell new service agreements as well as adds and upgrades to existing agreements
- Sell energy services
- Accountable for agreed upon activities and goals
- Identify target customers for acquisition and sell third party upgrade/replacement
- Develop and maintain Blue-Sheets for key opportunities
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong negotiating and estimating skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and financial management skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of sales experience preferably in HVAC building systems or energy services
- AA or equivalent technical experience/knowledge
- Appropriate technical experience/knowledge
- Understand BASE SPIN (or equivalent)
- Understand financial and strategic selling
