Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for current and upcoming residential projects within the township.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inspire guide and monitor team performance to ensure outstanding customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Plan coordinate and execute property launches previews marketing events and roadshows to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing models and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital print and on-ground platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as project legal credit and finance to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive buyer database and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Work in tandem with the product development and project teams to ensure offerings align with market demands and buyer expectations.
  • Undertake other duties and special assignments as required by senior management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration Real Estate or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in property sales and marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of the property development industry local market dynamics and buyer behavior.

  • Proven track record in meeting sales goals and executing successful marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.

  • Proficient in CRM systems digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays during major launches events and campaigns.
