Role Summary :
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment employee engagement compliance performance management and organizational development. This role ensures alignment between business goals and people strategy fostering a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop hiring plans and manage end-to-end recruitment.
Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes.
Address grievances mediate conflicts and promote a positive work culture.
Organize engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.
Implement appraisal systems and track KRAs/KPIs.
Support managers in performance reviews and development plans.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records and handle audits.
Assess skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training.
Track training effectiveness and employee growth.
Coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing.
Administer benefits leaves and statutory deductions.
Align HR initiatives with business goals.
Generate monthly HR dashboards and reports for leadership
Qualification: Graduate
Full Time
