You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA manufacturing company in Camden AR is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead core human resources functions and support a high-performance employee-focused environment. This role will partner closely with leadership to manage employee relations compliance recruiting and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership offering guidance on employee relations compliance performance and talent development.
- Oversee recruitment efforts including job postings interviewing onboarding and workforce planning.
- Conduct and document employee investigations ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a culture of collaboration growth and mentorship.
- Manage compensation planning benefits administration and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment regulations including Affirmative Action and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR on strategic initiatives such as succession planning policy development and organizational structure.
- Oversee HR reporting payroll/timekeeping processes workers compensation and site security coordination.
Human Resources Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in employee relations and compliance within manufacturing required.
- Experience in a union environment preferred.
- Experience leading and driving new initiatives with an action oriented mindset.
- SHRM PHR or other certifications are a plus
