Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Full Stack Developer with a passion for building scalable and innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend API development front-end frameworks and cloud technologies. You will work in a collaborative environment contributing to both backend and frontend development mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop scalable and robust backend APIs using Python and associated frameworks.
Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using Angular or React.
Participate in code reviews provide feedback and support the growth of junior developers.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality code with minimal errors and within established timelines.
Identify areas of improvement and proactively propose solutions.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet business goals.
Adapt to fast-changing environments and embrace new technologies and processes.
Demonstrate initiative accountability and strong communication skills.
Promote a results-oriented and inclusive team culture.
Required Skills
3 years of experience in Python server-side scripting and API development
Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask Django or FastAPI
2 years of experience in Azure cloud development and commonly used Azure services
2 years of frontend development using Angular or React
Proficient in JavaScript HTML and CSS
Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Generative AI concepts
Experience in mentoring team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Exposure to working in diverse and global environments
