What Youll Be Doing:

Learning by Doing:
Support the team in maintaining and enhancing our website while learning the ins and outs of full-stack WordPress development.

Website Assistance:
Help update content troubleshoot minor issues and support improvements to layout performance and functionality.

Design to Web:
Convert simple design mockups into clean responsive web pages using Elementor or basic custom code under guidance.

Backend Exposure:
Get introduced to PHP MySQL and WordPress logic to understand how the backend supports the front-end experience.

Performance Support:
Assist in improving site speed SEO practices and mobile responsiveness and learn why these matter.

Security Basics:
Learn how we keep our site safe through regular updates backups and simple monitoring tools.

Tool Integration:
Support the team in integrating the website with tools like CRMs marketing platforms or analytics dashboards.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with developers designers and marketing teams and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

What We Expect From You:

Basic understanding of WordPress and a keen interest in learning full-stack development
Familiarity with HTML CSS and a little bit of PHP or JavaScript (college or self-taught is fine!)
Eagerness to work with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg
A willingness to explore tools like ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom post types
Interest in learning about hosting platforms FTP and WordPress backend tools
A strong desire to take ownership of small tasks and grow with feedback
A proactive curious mindset someone who asks why and looks for better ways to do things
