What Youll Do:
As a BCBA you will take the lead in delivering life-changing therapy by:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Overseeing treatment implementation and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Mentoring and training RBTs and caregivers to reinforce consistent behavior strategies.
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to create supportive goal-driven environments.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Staying current with best practices and participating in ongoing professional development.
What Were Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in ABA special education or related fields (preferred)
- Strong data collection/analysis and clinical documentation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A passion for helping clients reach their full potential
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team
