Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Business/Product Analyst with deep expertise in real-time customer journey analysis. Leveraging leading-edge platforms you will drive the delivery of personalized digital experiences that captivate and engage. The ideal candidate is a data-driven innovator who seamlessly bridges business objectives with technical solutions crafting contextual messaging that resonates across web and mobile channels. Responsibilities:
  • Gather document and analyze requirements for features related to online storefronts POS systems order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for customer experience and journey with a focus on driving real-time context-aware digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing data and engineering teams to enable seamless orchestration of personalized journeys using Adobes CDP or similar tools.
  • Design and prioritize features that power omnichannel experiences across app web and other digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers developers and marketing teams to translate business goals into functional requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Map current-state and future-state customer journeys across digital channels identifying opportunities for contextual engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in one of the following areas.
    • At least 2 years of working on loyalty programs customer retention or gamification features any exposure with Microsoft Playfab would be ideal.
    • At least 2 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM AJO Real-Time CDP) (OR).
    • At least 2 years working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce POS or eCommerce systems (OR).
  • Experience working on web and mobile app platforms to enable contextual content and targeted experiences.
  • Strong understanding of journey orchestration customer segmentation and behavioral data usage.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
