We are currently seeking a Team Leader to guide support and motivate a dynamic group of professionals in achieving departmental goals and ensuring top-quality performance. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset to help drive operational success.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the team and ensure productivity targets are met.
Provide coaching mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
Collaborate with management to set goals and execute department strategies.
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and team output.
Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
Handle conflicts and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (minimum 2 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
