Captura Hall is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand awareness generate leads and support business growth. Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling promotional materials
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
Assist in the planning and execution of events product launches and promotions
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts
Support internal communications and marketing project coordination
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong writing editing and project management skills
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office CRM systems and analytics platforms
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
