Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client relations and account development this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients assist with account planning and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns and services.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts with professionalism and accuracy
Provide support in developing proposals reports and presentations for clients
Collaborate with senior account representatives and internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Conduct market research and analysis to support account strategies
Track account performance metrics and provide regular updates
Attend client meetings and support communication efforts as needed
Maintain organized records of account activities and documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field
1-2 years of experience in customer service account support or a related role (internships considered)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
