Job Description
Customer Service Representatives have some of the friendliest faces youll see at the counter in your local Z store.
CSRs get the daily fun and excitement of working with our loyal customers other dedicated station staff passionate Z operations managers and an experienced Retailer. Our most valuable CSRs go out of their way to make sure they show the Z Factor to each and every customer day in and day out. Its this level of detail to service that keeps our customers coming back.
Qualifications :
As a trusted Z CSR youll handle cash keep the store fully stocked clean and tidy and solve any problems that arise. You might have to give a hand to help out with food and drinks when needed so youll have high standards of health and safety housekeeping and product quality. Sound like you
